Bongo Brothers’ Mojo Chicken a la Plancha

A heaping platter of moist grilled chicken, marinated in lime and garlic, smothered with succulent citrus onions atop a bed of black beans and rice. The Platanos were sweet and tender and the side sauces were ferociously tasty. get both the Mojo and The Bongo Sauce. Que rico!
